Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, object to the processing of, or delete your personal data.
Account deletion is permanent. Your profile, photos, posts, and messages are removed or anonymised, and your phone number or e-mail address is released. Some records may be retained where we are legally required to keep them, as described in Section 6.
You may also withdraw consent for location, camera, and photo access at any time through your device settings.
TalkGo is not directed to anyone under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. We ask for your date of birth at registration and reject registrations from users under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us at support@knt.asia and we will delete the account and its data promptly.
We operate a zero-tolerance policy towards child sexual abuse and exploitation material (CSAM). Where we become aware of such material on the Service, we remove it or disable access to it, permanently terminate the responsible account, preserve the information necessary for reporting, and refer the matter to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to the relevant law-enforcement authority, as required by applicable law. Our published standards are set out in Section 3.5 of the Terms of Service.
Your data may be processed and stored on servers located outside your country of residence, including in [SERVER LOCATION]. Where this happens we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place and that the level of protection required by applicable law is maintained.
The App may contain links to, or integrate services operated by, third parties — in particular Google Sign-In and Google Play Billing. Those services are governed by their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read. Google’s handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will present the revised Policy to you inside the App and ask you to accept it again before you continue using the service. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Your continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
